THE BLUFF AMPHITHEATER EVENT POLICIES

The safety, comfort, and enjoyment of our guests are our top priorities.
Please review the following policies before attending an event at The Bluff Amphitheater.

Security Screening

All guests entering The Bluff Amphitheater are subject to security screening, including metal detector screening, bag inspections, and/or pat-downs when deemed necessary by event staff. Guests may refuse a search; however, The Bluff Amphitheater reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who declines to comply with security procedures. Please arrive early to allow adequate time for security screening.

Bag Policy

Clear plastic bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are permitted inside the venue. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry. Guests are encouraged to leave prohibited items in their vehicles before approaching the entrance gates.

Admission

Every guest, regardless of age, must possess a valid ticket for admission unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Tickets must be presented upon entry and may be verified at any time during the event.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by guests who are 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required and may be requested before any alcohol purchase, regardless of apparent age. The Bluff Amphitheater reserves the right to refuse alcohol sales to any guest at its discretion.

Animals

Pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals trained to perform tasks for individuals with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Coolers & Picnic Baskets

Coolers, picnic baskets, and outside containers are not permitted inside the venue.

Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for medically necessary food, beverages, or dietary accommodations. Guests requiring accommodations should contact venue management prior to the event. Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the venue. Both cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is generally not permitted once a guest has entered the venue. Guests with special circumstances should speak with a Guest Services representative. Re-entry exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of venue management.

Smoking & Tobacco Policy

The Bluff Amphitheater is a smoke-free and vape-free venue. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, cigars, cigarettes, and any other tobacco or nicotine products are prohibited within the venue, seating areas, restrooms, and common spaces. Guests who wish to smoke must do so only in designated areas outside the venue, if available.
